INTRODUCTION

Here’s an opportunity to be accredited as a Personal Development Leadership Professional.

The workshop, created by Dr Palan is based on his best-seller book “Creating Your Own Rainbow”. The book uses the Rainbow as a metaphor to life. As the Rainbow is defined by seven colours, life is governed by seven principles of life management. This is an experiential workshop that invites participants to explore in depth, key issues. The goal is to grow into a Rainbow Creator i.e. people who have a “can do” attitude rather than a Rainbow Chaser with a “if only” mindset.

This is a workshop for those who are interested to help people grow in their personal lives and become Rainbow Creators. If you are in the training, coaching and people development areas, you will find great value in attending this workshop. It is an opportunity to become a change agent in the personal development area.

This is a programme that focuses on two key areas
• Personal Development for Success
• Leadership

The first part of the workshop focuses on personal development. Getting people to be personally accountable and to take charge of their life journey. Rainbow Creators explore how to get things done while Rainbow Chasers always explain why things can’t be done. Successful organisations focus on developing confident individuals who get things done - Rainbow Creators

The second part of the workshop is aimed to developing these self confident individuals Rainbow Creators into leaders, As Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner remarked “What we have discovered and rediscovered, is that leadership is not the private reserve of a few charismatic men and women. It is a process ordinary people use when they are bringing forth the best from themselves and others

Good leadership is perhaps the next important competitive advantage an organisation can have.

While good leadership principles are universal, the art of Leading B Players in an organisation is an unique one. Organisations focus so much on their STARS (A players) and LAGGARDS or poor performers (C players) at the expense of the majority (B players). B players are reliable, dependable and team players. Long periods of neglect can make them contractual resulting in their performance just meeting the requirements. They perform far below their capability or true potential.

The SMR Accreditation associates you with a select group of training professionals, who are recognised locally and internationally for their high impact training. All accredited personal & leadership development professionals
