PRIOR KNOWLEDGE

Participants should have some experience in training, facilitating and coaching.

LEARNING APPROACH

This is a participative and intense workshop conducted in an experiential way. Individuals explore “possibilities” to grow; to perform the role of change agents and create rainbows for themselves and others. Short lectures, small group exercises and videos will be used.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To receive the SMR accreditation, you need to :-

  • Complete the pre-workshop assignment
  • Complete the psychometric assessment
  • Complete a 3-day on site programme
  • Facilitate ‘live’ a segment of the programme recorded on camera
  • Complete a 1 hour written examination
