Instructional Games for Trainers
Introduction
At a time when learning has gained centre stage in organisations, trainers have to shift from trainercentred tools towards learner-centred ones to be effective. FUN learning
tools and games transform sedentary sessions into interactive, and exciting learning events. The use of games increases involvement and learner retention dramatically. Adults learn
from games when processing their experiences.
Our two-day workshop will introduce you to various types of games and the ways in which to design them. It will also give you tips on selecting and using games appropriately.
