assuming greater responsibility to generate solutions to the challenges they are facing. It is all about learning through self discovery, team learning and intensive practice. This
workshop will enable participants to design and manage processes that will ensure successful learning outcomes besides gaining learner commitment.
The role of facilitator
The facilitator is an independent person without any preconceived opinion whose role is to guide the team towards a goal or activity, focusing on the process (how to) rather than
the content (what) the group is addressing.
