The ability to plan, delegate, organise, and control our use of time is critical for everyone, particularly those who work in organisations and are hard pressed for time due to competing priorities. You will learn new techniques and self management tools to improve your personal productivity. This inhouse training programme will guide in managing your time by identifying your time management style and preferences.
