The Company
SMR Technologies Berhad ("SMRT" or "Company") was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 14 July 2004 under the name of SMR Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and was converted into a public limited company and adopted its present name on 11 September 2004. SMRT is principally an investment holding company.
